Commission a practitioner review

The self-assessment you've just completed is honest but self-reported - and self-reported optimism is the most common bias the diagnostic sees. The practitioner review takes your results and tests them against what the programme can actually show.

What the review is

An independent, evidence-based review of your in-flight transformation programme - the whole programme, or a scoped deep-dive into the areas your diagnostic flagged. It runs over three to six weeks, mostly desk analysis plus structured conversations at every level, and it's strengths-based - genuine credit for what's working, directness about what isn't.

Independence matters here. We won't review a programme we've helped deliver, and we'll tell you if the honest answer is that you don't need us.

What you get

A board-grade report that separates areas of good practice from areas for improvement, with every finding tied to its evidence and its consequence. Where a deep-dive applies, a maturity assessment on where you are, where you need to be and the gap. Prioritised recommendations with suggested owners and horizons. An improvement roadmap across 30, 60 and 90 days plus the longer-term structural work, with the enablers your organisation needs to sustain it. And progress snapshots along the way, so your stakeholders hear from the review before the final report lands.

You'll recognise the structure - it's the same instrument as your self-assessment, taken to depth.

Who you'd be working with

Led by Vindy Hansra, who has spent twenty-five years leading and reviewing complex and large transformation programmes, which is why the recommendations are ones a programme can actually execute.
